B\u00ea RGB works as a poet and translator, with books such as Querides monstres and Transmigra\u00e7\u00f5es, as well as recent translations including Permafrost (Eva Baltasar) and 300,000 Kisses (Se\u00e1n Hewitt &amp; Luke Edward Hall). Gabriela Soutello, winner of the first edition of the Mix Literary Award, is the author of the short story collection Ningu\u00e9m vai lembrar de mim (No One Will Remember Me) and is about to release her second book. Jean C\u00e2ndido, founder of Casa Queer + Paratodes, brings the perspective of someone engaged in independent performance, publishing, and curatorial scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, they chart the aesthetic and ideological choices that have been emerging in the award: how do we distinguish originality from mere effect? What does \u201cengagement with the queer theme\u201d mean in 2025?
