She has worked with organizations such as Inter-LGBT (Paris) and the EuroCentralAsian Lesbian Community (ELC), and currently holds the European seat on Egides board, an international francophone LGBT+ network. She is also a visual artist whose work explores themes of identity, language, and assimilation. She collaborates with various LGBT+ and feminist magazines, highlighting the plurality of identities, LGBT+ bodies, and the positive visibility of Black people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-Marc Berthon:<\/strong><br>A French diplomat and senior civil servant, Jean-Marc Berthon is currently the Ambassador for LGBT+ rights, a position he has held since 2022. With extensive experience at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, he has also served as an advisor at the French Republic Presidency on human rights, climate, and development issues. His work is focused on promoting equality and human rights, both in France and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tienne Deshouli\u00e8res:<\/strong><br>A lawyer registered with the Barreau de Paris, \u00c9tienne Deshouli\u00e8res also teaches Law of New Technologies and Anti-Discrimination Law. He provides legal support to LGBT+ associations in their court actions. Since November 2022, he has been president of the Association for the Universal Decriminalization of Homosexuality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arnaud Hadrys:<\/strong><br>President of PersonnAiles, the association of LGBT+ employees and allies within the Air France Group (Air France, Transavia, and HOP!). Under his leadership, PersonnAiles has become one of the leading diversity and inclusion initiatives in the aviation sector, promoting LGBT+ visibility and fostering safe and respectful workplaces.<br>A well-known activist, Arnaud advocates for equality and LGBT+ visibility, having participated in the mobilizations for Marriage for All and currently engaging in debates on Surrogacy (GPA), parenthood, and the recognition of diverse family models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Renan Quinalha:<\/strong><br>Renan Quinalha, 39, is a gay man from S\u00e3o Paulo, a writer, lecturer, lawyer, and professor of law at the Federal University of S\u00e3o Paulo (Unifesp), where he also coordinates the TransUnifesp Center. He is the author of Against Morality and Good Manners: The Dictatorship and Repression Against the LGBT Community (Companhia das Letras, 2021) and The LGBTI+ Movement: A Brief History from the 19th Century to Today (Aut\u00eantica, 2022), winner of the Citizenship and Diversity Award from the S\u00e3o Paulo LGBT Pride Parade and finalist for the 2023 Jabuti Prize. In 2024, he released LGBTI+ Rights in Brazil: New Directions in Legal Protection (Edi\u00e7\u00f5es SESC, 2024).<br>He is editor and columnist of the Livros e Livres section dedicated to LGBT+ literature in Revista 451 and serves as President of the LGBTQIA+ Memory and Truth Working Group of the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship (MDHC). He is also a conselour of the Amnesty Commission of MDHC and a Titular Counselour of Gay Segment on the S\u00e3o Paulo State LGBT+ Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marcelo Guimar\u00e3es:<\/strong><br>Lawyer, Master of Law from PUC-SP, and Vice President of Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Cultural Mix Brasil, organizer of the Mix Brasil Festival of Diversity Culture. With over 30 years of experience in law and human rights, he is also a legal consultant for the Aids News Agency.
