She worked in primary healthcare units in S\u00e3o Paulo\u2019s West Zone and took part in the movement that secured racial and social quotas at the university. A member of Rede Emancipa, a popular education network offering free prep courses in the city\u2019s outskirts, she is a voice for anti-racist, feminist, antifascist, LGBTQIA+, and pro\u2013public education and universal healthcare causes.
