How can immersive technologies, video game engines, and computer-generated imagery facilitate the creation of virtual environments where to envision new queer narratives and political horizons? Can the virtual support the creation of safe spaces in which to celebrate a variety of identities, ways of loving, and where new communities can be made?

Aurore Kinzonzi: Creative director and producer based in France. Since 2019, she has been part of Fabbula, a cultural practice dedicated to the idea of worlding with digital media―virtual realities, open worlds, live simulations. Through commissioning and production programs, exhibitions and writing, Fabbula supports immersive experiences and artist-made virtual worlds.
