Roberto Riveros is a multidisciplinary artist born in Chile who, through his social media, creates alter ego Neocristo, who explores the author’s different identities and interests through his 3D creations. This content produces a metaverse with great virality on the internet. Animations in a pop universe, inspired by queer culture, video games aesthetics and futuristic context animes. His works are ways of expressing intimate thoughts, queer eroticism, his life’s complexities and extraordinary fantasies. Neocristo was born in 2018, amidst an identity crisis, which led him to be hospitalized due to a messianic psychosis. This is how this madness is dosed with video capsules, and they are the driving force of a whole imaginary which has been captivating the internet around the world.
