16/11, dom, 18:30h, 90′ | Teatro Sérgio Cardoso – Sala Paschoal Carlos Magno

The project Long Play — Ótima Forma, in São Paulo, is part of the France-Brazil Season, in partnership with the Psychosocial Care Center CAPS Bom Retiro (specialized in chemical dependency) and the MixBrasil Festival. Conceived as a film in progress, it explores survival as an act of resistance, placing the body and self-awareness at the center of the experience.

Through a series of physical and proprioceptive practices, the project seeks to reconnect participants with their emotions and sensations in order to counter the internal erosion often worsened by social stigma. This approach brings together mental health, ecology, and new technologies, transforming the notion of survival into a space of care, resilience, and renewal
