Sabine Chyl & Brice Armien-Boudre:
Sabine Chyl and Brice Armien-Boudre are co-presidents of Kap Caraïbe, an LGBT+ center based in Martinique. Together, they have transformed the space into a hub of resistance and social innovation.
In an overseas territory marked by complex legacies and persistent discrimination, the duo works to amplify LGBT+ voices, build bridges between the Caribbean and the rest of the world, and connect local struggles to a broader movement of international solidarity.

Terrence Khatchadourian:
A long-standing activist for LGBT+ rights, Terrence Khatchadourian is the Secretary-General of the association Stop Homophobie.
He is dedicated to preventing discrimination, supporting victims, and promoting a more just and inclusive society.

Mickaël Bucheron:
At 51 years old, Mickaël Bucheron is a French police officer and the first LGBT+ liaison officer in France, serving at the Paris Police Prefecture since 2019.
He is responsible for assisting victims of homophobic and transphobic acts. He also co-founded and chaired FLAG!, an association advocating for the rights of LGBT+ police officers and gendarmes.

Leonora Áquila:
Léo Áquilla is a Brazilian journalist and politician with degrees in Journalism and Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and a postgraduate degree in Political Journalism from PUC-SP.
In 2020, she left her successful artistic career to dedicate herself fully to politics, focusing on defending the LGBT+ community.
In 2023, she became the Municipal Coordinator for LGBT+ Policies at the São Paulo City Hall — the first trans woman to hold this position. That same year, she was elected National President of MDB Diversidade and also served as a counselor at Cohab SP.
Currently, Léo is in her second term leading the LGBT+ department and also serves as a board member at SPCine.
She is widely recognized for her work combating LGBTphobia and promoting employment initiatives dedicated exclusively to the LGBT+ community, earning her the title of “employment manager.”
Léo also stands out for her impactful lectures and awareness programs that educate companies and institutions on gender and sexuality issues.
Her expertise has led her to author two notable publications: A Leap Toward Success (Editorial Citadel) and Beyond the Rainbow (Umanos Editora).
Committed to leaving a positive legacy, Léo seeks to inspire the LGBT+ community to occupy diverse spaces, reinforcing the importance of knowledge as the foundation for achieving one’s goals.

Cláudia dos Santos Garcia:
Cláudia Garcia is a Brazilian activist whose militancy began in the 1980s, when she joined an organized homosexual group — as it was called at the time.
From that experience, she became a prominent left-wing activist, participating in the founding of the Workers’ Party (PT) and also engaging in Black and feminist movements.
In 2002, she joined the Associação da Parada do Orgulho LGBT de São Paulo (APOLGBT-SP), where she made history in 2017 as the first woman and first lesbian to preside over the institution.
Under her leadership, the São Paulo Pride Parade strengthened its political and intersectional character, becoming one of the world’s largest acts of LGBT+ visibility and resistance.
She currently serves as vice-president of APOLGBT-SP and remains one of the most influential voices for lesbian visibility and equality in Brazil.
