Festivals as Platforms for Innovation and Audience Engagement: At the Forefront of Aesthetics and Content Diversity – presented by Forum de Festivais and MixBrasil
Today’s film festivals in Brazil go far beyond the screen. They are vibrant spaces of encounter, experimentation, and discovery, where new aesthetics, technologies, and ways of connecting with audiences intersect. In addition to promoting culture and diversity, this sector also drives the creative economy — generating jobs, boosting tourism, and energizing an entire production chain of art, technology, and innovation.
This panel discusses how festivals are reinventing themselves to create more creative, diverse, and globally connected experiences.
