Hotel Chilli presents Gongada Drag Special Edition

Get ready for a night of humor, talent, and epic gonging with the infamous Show do Gongo, a MixBrasil tradition presented since 1999 by the powerful Marisa Orth—who, exceptionally, will not be physically present at this edition.

Setting the tone for this celebration of improvisation is the phenomenon “Gongada Drag,” which features drag performers, diverse comedians, and host Bruno Motta in a mix of stand-up, variety shows, reality shows, and a host of drag talents to make you laugh. On this night, we will have Suzy Brasil, Valenttini, and Babu Carreira comprising the judging panel, who, along with Bruno Motta and the audience, will decide the fate of each film.

This special edition of Show do Gongo will combine the talents of this cast with the event’s traditional purpose: to comment on and gong the short films that send the audience into a frenzy, all while choosing a champion—not without first dying of laughter at everything that unfolds. Also featuring a bold and fun performance by the boys from Hotel Chilli!
