Title: “It’s in the light that we meet”.
Talent creates campaign for the 32nd edition of the MixBrasil Festival.
Text: This year, the MixBrasil Festival of Diversity Culture enters its 32nd edition. To communicate this important event that promotes the convergence of culture, cinema, theater, and music while shining a light on issues of identity and equality, Talent created the campaign under the concept “It’s in the light that we meet.”
The film tells the story of a moth, which carries various stigmas in the popular imagination for being different from a butterfly. However, it reveals many beauties when observed from different perspectives.
“Moths are fascinating, but they can seem strange and even evoke a certain fear. One of the most interesting things about these creatures is that they are guided by light. For over 30 years, the MixBrasil Festival has illuminated essential themes that need to be discussed. We just needed to shine a light on this beautiful story that was waiting to be told”, says Ana Carolina Reis, Executive Creative Director at Talent.
“In a moment when the market calls for artificial intelligence in productions, we went against the tide and created a campaign where the artisanal brings to the narrative all the immense work that the festival does with many hands”, adds Danilo Janjacomo, also Executive Creative Director at the agency.
Produced by Vetor Zero, with music by Evil Twin and voiceover by Linn da Quebrada, the campaign includes films, digital pieces, as well as OOHs, and the entire visual identity of this year’s festival, including an installation at MIS, the Museum of Image and Sound, which displays the elements used in the campaign.
